WHAT YOU NEED
-almond milk
-oatmeal
-chia seeds
-flax seeds
-coconut flakes
-strawberries
-blueberries
-ezequiel almond crunchy cerea
-syrup without sugar
-protein ( optional )
-cinamon.
Combine oats, milk, and cinnamon in a bowl / microwave for 1:30 min / then add everything and that’s it! 👽
